Wholesale Program

Last updated: September 11, 2026

Our wholesale program supports repair shops, body shops, parts importers, wholesalers and resellers. It combines deeper pricing with priority sourcing on used OEM exterior parts, lighting, emblems and electronic modules.

Who We Supply

  • Repair shops and body shops
  • Parts importers
  • Wholesalers and resellers

Product Range

  • Headlight and lighting assemblies (LED, Xenon and Bi-Xenon units)
  • Electronic modules and control units
  • ACC radar-compatible emblems and badges
  • Exterior and collision body parts

Items are used OEM or selected replacement units. Availability, condition and the exact unit are confirmed in writing per quotation. Nothing on this page is a promise of stock.

What to Include in Your RFQ

To receive an accurate quote, include as many of the following as possible:

  • Country and postal code (needed for freight and delivery terms)
  • Quantity required
  • VIN, where available
  • Vehicle make, model and year
  • OE or part number
  • Side / position (left, right or pair)
  • Clear photos of the original part: front and rear view, OE or module label, and plug / connector

Send these details through our Request a Quote form, or by WhatsApp using the button below.

Our Wholesale Process

  1. Submit your RFQ with your vehicle, part and quantity details.
  2. Review and matching — we check availability and match the exact unit against your VIN, vehicle details and OE references.
  3. Approve the exact unit and terms — you confirm the specific unit, price, condition and shipping term before any payment.
  4. Pack and ship — the confirmed unit is packed and shipped under the agreed shipping term, with tracking.

Written Quote Before Payment

Every wholesale order is confirmed by a written quotation before payment. As applicable, each quotation sets out:

  • Unit price
  • Item condition
  • Module inclusion (whether modules are included, excluded, or quoted separately)
  • Quantity
  • MOQ, if applicable
  • Lead time
  • Shipping term (DAP, DDP or FOB)
  • Payment terms and deposit, if applicable

Pricing tiers and MOQ, where they apply, are confirmed in writing for each quote and are not fixed on this page.

What the program includes

  • Volume-based pricing tiers, confirmed in writing for each quote.
  • Priority sourcing and consolidated air or sea freight.
  • Written quotations that set out MOQ, price, lead time and shipping terms.

B2B returns

For business-to-business orders, a voluntary no-reason return may be requested within 14 days of delivery. We do not charge a 15% restocking fee. To qualify, the item must be uninstalled, uncoded and unmodified, must keep complete security seals and accessories, and must pass our inspection. For accepted B2B no-reason returns, the original shipping charge is not refunded, the return shipping is arranged and paid by the customer, and only the product amount of items that pass inspection is refunded. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Deposits and custom sourcing

For custom sourcing, dismantling requests and pre-orders, our default deposit is 30%, confirmed in the written quotation before payment. If you cancel before procurement, dismantling or custom work has started, the deposit is refundable. If you cancel after that work has started following your written confirmation, we deduct the provable and non-recoverable costs actually incurred and refund the balance. If we cannot supply the agreed item, we refund the deposit in full. See our Order Cancellation, Deposits & Custom Sourcing page.

Shipping responsibility and terms

Wholesale shipments are quoted as DAP, DDP or FOB, and the applicable term is stated in the quotation. Under DAP the buyer pays destination duties and taxes; under DDP the quoted price includes the clearance, duties and taxes we arrange; under FOB our responsibility ends at the named airport or port. Please check the exact term on each quotation. See our Shipping Policy.

Warranty boundaries

Eligible parts carry a 12-month limited commercial warranty beginning on the carrier-recorded delivery date. It covers OEM functions we explicitly tested before shipment and quality defects confirmed by our review, and it is not automatically voided by installation. It does not cover incorrect installation, collision, water ingress, external electrical or voltage faults, or unauthorized disassembly or repair. Hardware and coding or programming are separate matters: remote programming is not included unless a written quotation says so, any third-party programming is separately quoted, and a programming failure does not by itself prove a hardware fault. A discount price does not remove a genuine quality obligation. See our Limited Warranty Policy.
