1. VIN Submission Before Ordering

You must submit the vehicle identification number (VIN) before we confirm your order, so that we can check fitment against the correct vehicle. We also recommend that you provide:

  • photos of the OE part number or of the original vehicle label or tag;
  • photos of the left and right sides of the vehicle or of the part;
  • the model year and the market or region specification of the vehicle.

Submitting a VIN significantly reduces the risk of a fitment error, but it does not guarantee that an order will be completely free of error, and we cannot and do not promise absolute accuracy. Fitment verification depends on the information you provide and on the data available to us.

2. Quotes, Custom Orders, and Pre-Orders

Quotes, custom orders, and pre-orders are handled according to procurement milestones:

  • Before procurement starts: any deposit you have paid is refundable.
  • After procurement starts: if you cancel, we deduct the provable, non-recoverable costs we have already incurred — for example supplier commitments, custom work, or non-returnable purchases — and refund the balance.
  • If we cannot supply: if we are unable to supply the agreed item, we refund you in full.

3. Refusal, Duty Non-Payment, and Non-Collection

If a shipment is refused for buyer-side reasons, if you do not pay the DAP import duties and charges that are your responsibility, or if you fail to collect the shipment within the carrier’s holding period, the shipment may be returned, stored, abandoned, or destroyed.

In that situation, after the goods are returned or the matter is otherwise resolved, we deduct from your refund the documented return freight, storage, customs clearance and duties, and destruction or disposal fees. If the shipment was wrong because of our error, or if the problem results from an error in our documents, we bear those costs instead.

4. Bumpers and Front Cuts

Bumpers and Front Cuts are locked and verified against the VIN you provide. If the part supplied is wrong or is missing components, we will, according to the actual situation, reship the missing or incorrect parts, and we bear the cost of that reshipment.

5. Transit Insurance

Products shipped through our cooperating forwarders include transit insurance by default. This insurance covers loss or damage occurring in transit before delivery.

6. Coding and Programming

Coding and programming require that the customer has compatible equipment, a stable power supply, and an on-site technician, and they must be booked in advance. If compatible equipment is not available, we cannot provide coding or programming. Coding and programming are not included by default; they are provided only when they are stated in a written quotation.

7. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
