1. Standard Stock Orders

For standard in-stock items, you may ask us to cancel before the order is dispatched. If the order has not yet been packed or shipped, we cancel it and refund the amount paid. If it has already been dispatched, the return process in our Returns & Refunds Policy applies.

2. Deposits for Custom Sourcing and Pre-Orders

For custom sourcing, dismantling requests, made-to-order parts and pre-orders, a deposit is normally required. Our default deposit is 30%, and the exact figure is always confirmed in the written quotation before you pay. The deposit secures procurement and is applied to the final balance; the balance is payable once the final configuration, condition, packing list and shipping cost are confirmed.

3. Cancellation by Procurement Stage

  • Before procurement starts: if you cancel before we have ordered from the supplier, started dismantling or started custom work, your deposit is refundable.
  • After procurement starts: if you cancel after procurement, dismantling or custom work has started following your written confirmation, we deduct the provable, actually incurred and non-recoverable costs — for example supplier commitments, custom work or non-returnable purchases — and refund the balance.
  • If we cannot supply: if we are unable to supply the agreed item, we refund your deposit in full.

We document the applicable stage and the costs we deduct, and we tell you the outcome in writing.

4. Quotations and Balance Payment

Unless stated otherwise, a quotation is valid for 7 days and does not reserve stock until payment is received. Where a final quotation changes the configuration, condition, packing list or shipping method, we confirm the revised figures with you before you pay the balance.

5. B2B and Wholesale Terms

Wholesale orders are governed by the written quotation or wholesale agreement. For B2B no-reason returns, a voluntary return may be requested within 14 days of delivery; we do not charge a 15% restocking fee, the original shipping charge is not refunded, the return shipping is paid by the customer, and only the product amount of items that pass inspection is refunded. MOQ, payment terms, warranty and custom procurement are set out in the applicable quotation. See our Wholesale Program page for more information.

6. Coding and Programming

Remote programming is not included with a part unless it is expressly stated in a written quotation. Where available, we may introduce an independent third-party programming provider, and that service is separate and separately quoted. A programming failure does not by itself prove that the supplied part is defective. Coding requirements are also described in our Limited Warranty Policy.

7. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this page limits any consumer right that cannot be excluded under the law applicable to the sale.
