02 FITMENT & COMPATIBILITY
This headlight is a genuine Lexus ES (XV70/Z10) LED headlight in the triple-projector style shown in the photos. The verified reference OE numbers 81145-33F10 (right) and 81185-33F10 (left) correspond to the US-spec Lexus ES300h (model years 2019-2021) LED headlamp per Lexus dealer parts catalogs, and are cross-referenced by aftermarket catalogs for the China / Asia-market Lexus ES200 / ES250 / ES260 / ES300h (2018-2021).
VIN verification is mandatory before ordering. Different markets, left-hand/right-hand drive configurations, trim and option levels, and model-year boundaries (the 2022-2023 facelift ES uses different headlight part numbers – fitment for facelift models is not confirmed for this listing) can change the correct OE number. Please send your 17-digit VIN and, if possible, a photo of the OE label on your current headlight before purchase. We will confirm the chassis, model year, left/right side, trim level and module configuration against your vehicle before shipment.
