01 PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS
Product: Used OEM Lexus LED headlight assembly (take-off unit), sold per single side.
Brand: Genuine Lexus OEM used part. The photos in this listing are actual unit photos of the unit offered.
Catalogue / search references: This listing is catalogued for Lexus CT200h fitment, European-version supply basis, model years 2019-2020. These are catalogue and search references used to help you find the listing; they are not read from the photos, and exact model year, market version and side remain subject to VIN and photo verification.
Reference numbers: 81105-76191 and 81105-76190 are catalog/search references only, not read from a visible lamp-body OE label. A used Lexus headlamp housing may not carry a readable OE label, so no lamp-body OE label is required from you.
Lighting type: OEM LED headlight assembly in the CT200h style shown in the actual unit photos.
Vehicle fitment: Subject to VIN and photo verification. Exact applicability to your vehicle, model year, market version and side is confirmed with you before the order.
Sales unit / price: USD 250 per single side headlight. The photos may show a left and right pair, but the price covers ONE side only. Left / Right side is confirmed with your quote.
02 MODULE MATCHING
Please send clear photos of the original module label, plugs and connectors for matching.
If the replacement module carries exactly the same OE number as your original module, no programming is required.
If the OE number is different, compatibility must be confirmed separately before order.
Module inclusion is confirmed with the quotation.
03 REQUEST A CONFIRMED QUOTE – VERIFICATION CHECKLIST
To receive a confirmed quote and reserve the correct unit, please send us:

– Vehicle model and model year (and market version if known)
– Which side you need: Left or Right
– Clear photos of your original headlight, front and rear (back housing)
– Clear photos of your original LED module: front label, plug and connector
A lamp-body OE label is not required – a used Lexus headlamp housing may not carry a readable OE label, so you do not need to provide one.
Actual availability and the condition of the exact unit are confirmed with you before the order is placed.
04 CONDITION & TEST
The actual unit photos in this listing show the unit offered. We do not express used condition as a percentage score; please judge from the actual unit photos and any additional video provided for the exact unit.
Test performed: Basic Power-On Check only. This is not a full functional or safety test and does not certify beam pattern, levelling function or road performance.
Installation and the final function of the headlight on the vehicle must be confirmed by a qualified repair shop.
