1. Warranty Period
We provide a 12-month limited commercial warranty on eligible parts, beginning on the date the carrier records delivery (the logistics signed delivery date) at the destination, not on the order date, the payment date or the installation date. If delivery is delayed for reasons attributable to the customer, the period is defined in the applicable order or quotation terms.
2. What Is Covered
This limited warranty covers only:
- the OEM functions that we explicitly state, in the product page or written quotation, were tested before shipment; and
- quality defects confirmed by our technical review after the part is returned or documented by you.
Where a covered defect is confirmed, we repair, replace or refund the affected part in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy, acting reasonably and subject to stock availability. A discount price does not remove a genuine quality obligation.
3. Installation Does Not Automatically Void the Warranty
Installing a part — whether professionally or by the customer — does not by itself void this warranty. The relevant question is whether the failure was caused by a defect present at dispatch or by one of the excluded causes below.
4. What Is Excluded
This limited warranty does not cover:
- incorrect or improper installation, wiring, coding or fitment;
- collision, impact or physical damage;
- water ingress, moisture or corrosion occurring after delivery;
- external electrical faults, voltage spikes, an unstable or incorrect power supply, or faults in the vehicle’s existing wiring;
- unauthorized disassembly, opening, repair or modification;
- normal wear and tear, consumable items, and cosmetic conditions that do not affect function;
- damage caused by the customer or the installer during installation;
- compatibility issues arising from an incorrect vehicle specification or configuration provided to us.
5. Hardware and Coding / Programming Are Handled Separately
Hardware problems and coding or programming problems are different categories. A hardware problem is, for example, a failed module, a broken connector or a part that does not power on. A coding or programming problem is, for example, a module that must be coded or paired to the vehicle before it functions.
Remote programming is not included with a part unless it is expressly stated in a written quotation. Where available, we may introduce an independent third-party programming provider, and that programming service is separate and separately quoted. A programming or coding failure does not by itself prove that the supplied part is defective; it may also relate to the vehicle software version, gateway, component protection, wiring or the work of the technician. Coding requirements are also described in our Order Cancellation, Deposits & Custom Sourcing and Shipping Policy pages and in the applicable quotation.
6. How to Make a Claim
- Contact us through our Contact page within the 12-month warranty period and before attempting any repair or disassembly.
- Provide your order number, part number, VIN, delivery date and a clear description of the fault, with photos or a video and any diagnostic information (fault codes, full scan report, software version and module number).
- Wait for our written instructions and, where requested, an RMA number before returning anything.
- We review the part against the OEM functions tested before shipment and the exclusions above, and confirm the outcome in writing.
7. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer right that cannot be excluded under the law applicable to the sale. Where a mandatory legal guarantee is longer or wider than this commercial warranty, that legal guarantee continues to apply.
