MT Internal Quality-Control Standard
Used OEM Parts Supply Verification Process
VIN + Original-Part Photos. Double-Checked Before Order Confirmation.
To reduce fitment errors and improve installation success, MT verifies the vehicle, the original component and the replacement part before confirming a used-parts order. This process also prevents security-encrypted modules from being supplied to workshops without the required programming capability.
Verification reduces avoidable supply errors. It does not make every used electronic module plug-and-play.

✓Final Dispatch Re-Check
8 Verification Steps Before Dispatch
Collect Vehicle & Repair Data
Full VIN, model year, sales region, engine/transmission, requested part and current fault codes.
Assess Domestic Supply Feasibility
Check official market availability and stable dismantling channels. A non-official-import vehicle is assessed case by case—not automatically rejected.
Verify Original-Part Photos
Require clear images of the OE label, connector pins, front/rear housing, left/right position, mounting brackets and installed condition.
Cross-Check Hardware & Configuration
Compare VIN, OE number, hardware/software IDs, pin layout, trim configuration and model-year differences. Conflicts must be resolved before sourcing.
Classify Installation Risk Before Quote
Classify the part as security-encrypted, coding/calibration required, or unbound hardware. Required workshop procedures are disclosed before quotation.
Confirm Programming Responsibility
Remote programming is not included by default. Eligible vehicles/modules may receive separately quoted remote programming after technical and workshop-capability review.
Source, Inspect & Document the Part
Source through established dismantling channels, inspect condition and send actual part/label photos to the customer for approval.
Complete Final Dispatch Re-Check
Reconfirm the agreed model, OE number, label photos, left/right position, hardware shape and programming responsibility before release.
Risk Classification Before Quotation
Security-Encrypted Modules
Immobilizer, ignition, keyless-start and other anti-theft electronics. Programming authorization and specialist capability are mandatory.
Coding / Calibration Required
Modules requiring coding, adaptation, calibration or parameter writing after installation.
Unbound Hardware
Parts primarily verified by OE number, connectors and hardware specification, without vehicle security binding.
Remote Programming: Available Only After Eligibility Review
MT does not include remote programming with every part by default. Where the vehicle, module, programming plan and workshop equipment meet the required conditions, a separately paid remote-programming service may be arranged. The customer’s workshop must provide compliant diagnostic equipment and an on-site technician throughout the procedure. If remote work is technically unavailable, all programming, matching and calibration must be completed locally.
Do not order security or configuration-linked modules based only on matching OE numbers or connectors.
