After-Sales Policy / 售后规则

Important

Please confirm the following before placing an order. Salvage parts are used OEM parts, so fitment and condition must be checked before shipment.

1. Fitment Confirmation

Please provide VIN, original part number, model year and clear photos before ordering. If a wrong part is purchased due to incorrect or incomplete customer information, return or exchange support may not be available.

2. Used Parts Condition

Used OEM parts may have minor scratches, storage marks or normal signs of use. Photos and videos will be provided before shipment for confirmation when required.

3. Shipping Damage or Mismatch Claims

Please contact us within 72 hours after delivery. For headlights, shipping insurance is included by default. To support a claim, please provide:

Unpacking photos/video
All six sides of the outer carton
Shipping label photos
Damage photos and video

4. Replacement Support

After the required evidence is confirmed, we will file the insurance claim and arrange a replacement when applicable. Qualified replacement shipments will not be charged again.

5. Not Covered

Issues caused by incorrect installation, installation mistakes or customer-side repair damage are not covered. Related shipping costs and replacement part costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
