Information we collect
Information you send to us. When you submit an RFQ, contact form or email, we collect the details you choose to provide. Depending on the form, this can include: your name and contact details; company name; email address; WhatsApp or phone number; country and postcode; VIN; vehicle make, model and year; OE or part number; the quantity you need; your notes about the part; and any files, photos or documents you upload.
Order and account information. When you place an order or create an account, we collect the billing and shipping details you enter, your email address, your order and enquiry history, and information about the status of your payment. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers on this website.
Technical information. Like most websites, our servers record technical log data automatically, including IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URL and timestamps. We use this data to keep the site working and secure.
How we use information
- To review and answer your inquiry, check availability and condition, and send you a quotation.
- To verify that a part fits your vehicle, using the VIN, vehicle details or OE number you give us.
- To process, pack, ship and support your order, including shipping and customs documents.
- To handle payment, invoicing and fraud prevention, and to keep our accounting records.
- To handle returns, warranty, shortage or damage claims.
- To keep the website and our systems secure and to prevent abuse or spam.

Files you send to us
Photos, documents and other files are optional and are only used to review and answer your inquiry (for example to confirm the part, its condition or its fittings). If you send a file, you confirm that you have the right to share it with us for that purpose, and that it does not contain personal information about someone else that you are not allowed to pass on. Uploaded files are stored outside the public web directory and are not published on the website.
Service providers we rely on
We use a limited number of service providers that process information on our behalf or as independent parties, and we share only what is needed for their task:

Analytics and Google Analytics 4

GA4 does not receive the personal data you submit to us: we do not send names, company names, email addresses, WhatsApp or phone numbers, VINs, OE numbers, order details, addresses, notes or uploaded files to GA4, and the contents of your RFQ are never used as analytics data. You can limit analytics through your browser settings or an opt-out add-on.
How long we keep information
RFQ submissions and the files attached to them are kept for up to 90 days, after which they are deleted from our systems, unless we need them for longer to fulfil an order, to handle a warranty, return or claim, or where we are required by law to keep them. Order, invoice, payment, shipping and accounting records are kept for as long as the order relationship and applicable legal requirements need them. Technical server logs are kept only for as long as they are useful for security and troubleshooting.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold, including limiting access to inquiries and orders to staff who need it, storing uploads outside the public web directory, and using encrypted connections (HTTPS). No method of transmission over the internet and no method of electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International processing
We operate from China, and the service providers listed above may store or process information in other countries. Where information is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps to keep it protected in a way that is consistent with this policy and with applicable law.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you can ask us to:
- give you access to the personal information we hold about you;
- correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- delete information that we no longer need;
- restrict or object to certain uses of your information; and
- withdraw a consent you gave us earlier, where our use is based on consent.
